KIOSKO is EL CONSULADO's flagship program for circulation, dialogue, and collective visibility. Through exhibitions, public programs, workshops, exchanges, and activations, it connects Venezuelan and diasporic artists with audiences, communities, and cultural institutions.
EL CONSULADO NYC presented KIOSKO at NADA Miami 2025, held at Ice Palace Studios from December 2–6, 2025. Organized by New York's New Art Dealers Alliance, NADA is a global stage where groundbreaking art and new voices are discovered and amplified.

EL CONSULADO presents Present Tension, a residency exhibition by Carlos J. Gómez de Llarena exploring AI, surveillance, participation, and the transformation of the human image in public space.
