KIOSKO Raffle 2025

The KIOSKO Raffle 2025 is a voluntary fundraising drawing organized by EL CONSULADO NYC, a sponsored artist collective under The Performance Zone Inc. (dba The Field), a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization based in New York.

1. Purpose

All funds raised through this drawing directly support the creation and presentation of KIOSKO, a living sculptural installation and cultural platform debuting at the NADA Miami 2025 Art Fair, December 2–6, 2025. Contributions help cover fabrication, artist stipends, and shipping costs.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to all individuals aged 18 or older. No donation or purchase is required to enter or win. Making a voluntary tax-deductible contribution does not improve one’s chances of winning.

3. Entry Methods

Donation Entry: Every $25 donated equals one (1) voluntary entry in the thank-you drawing.
Free Entry: Individuals may also request one entry by emailing info@elconsuladonyc.org with the subject line “KIOSKO Entry.”

4. Drawing and Notification

One (1) winning entry will be randomly selected on December 6, 2025, following the close of the NADA Miami Art Fair. The selected entrant will be notified by email within seven (7) days. The winner will receive an original artwork contributed by one of the participating artists of KIOSKO.

5. Tax-Deductibility & Recognition

All contributions made through this campaign are processed by The Field and are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

In order for crowdfunding contributions to be fully tax-deductible, you cannot offer goods or services in exchange for specific donation amounts. However, you could offer perks such as getting a "shout-out" on social media, or acknowledging donors in the credits of your project. 6. Limitation of Liability

El Consulado NYC and The Field are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries. The artwork offered as a thank-you gift holds symbolic rather than monetary value. Participation implies acceptance of these guidelines.

7. Corporate Sponsorship Terms

Corporate sponsorships at the Bronze ($2,500), Silver ($5,000), and Gold ($10,000+) levels are processed through The Field as charitable contributions. All sponsorship benefits are recognition-based and do not constitute goods or services with substantial market value.

Recognition Benefits

Sponsors receive acknowledgment through digital credits, logo placement in promotional materials, event access, and public recognition. These benefits are considered insubstantial under IRS guidelines and do not affect the tax-deductible status of the contribution.

Payment & Commitment

Sponsorship commitments are finalized upon payment via Stripe or alternative payment arrangements with The Field.
Recognition begins upon receipt of cleared funds and continues for the duration specified in each tier.
Sponsors will receive a tax receipt from The Field acknowledging the full contribution amount.

Cancellation & Modifications

Sponsorships are non-refundable once recognition benefits have been implemented. Modifications to logo files, company names, or contact information can be submitted to donations@elconsuladonyc.org up to 30 days before NADA Miami 2025.

Usage Rights

By providing logos and company information, sponsors grant El Consulado NYC and The Field non-exclusive rights to display said materials in connection with KIOSKO promotional activities, including but not limited to digital catalogs, social media posts, press releases, event signage, and archival documentation. Sponsors may publicize their support of El Consulado NYC and KIOSKO in their own communications.
