“NATUURBAN SYMPHONY” unfolds as a living sound map: an auditory journey weaving through ten national parks from Fort Lauderdale to Key Largo, tracing the eastern edge of South Florida. The natural and urban soundscapes were recorded in real time, allowing the territory itself to set the rhythm—the whisper of mangroves, the deep breath of wetlands, the vibration of a city dissolving into its own horizon. The edition of 300 solid-green 12” vinyl records, 180 grams, acts as a tactile archive of the landscape, a condensed fragment of echoes, wind, water, and urban pulse. Yet within this constellation of discs, there are five that do more than resonate: they reveal a hidden vision. Only 5 vinyl records contain exclusive original drawings—one-of-a-kind pieces that interpret the captured natural and urban soundscapes. These works are born from gesture and listening: strokes that follow the vibration of a nocturnal insect, lines that mimic the heartbeat of the city at dawn, shapes that evoke the weighty humidity and charged silence of dense vegetation. Each drawing is a translated moment, an intimate reading of the territory transformed into image. These five pieces act as portals: they do not merely accompany the sound, they expand it, illuminate it, giving the auditory experience a visual body and a palpable memory. They stand as relics of the creative process, capsules of interpretation that turn each of those vinyl records into an unrepeatable object. Conceived especially for the Consulate NYC Kiosk, this special edition is presented at the N.A.D.A fair during Miami Art Week 2025, inviting the public into a symphony where nature and city intertwine—not only through listening, but through seeing—a dialogue in which the landscape becomes something to hear, to behold, and to feel as a living organism.
