BOLÍVAR-ES SERIES. This series is a way of reflecting on the fact that the national hero has their name added to the currency, thus making it a fluctuating value. Based on parts of a scanned 5 Bolívares bills, and it's value was $1. The bill was taken out of circulation in the late nineties, and by that time the bill was worth less than 1 Cent.
